To become a great thrower, it takes dedication, a willingness to work harder than the competition, and most importantly an understanding of the proper technique and how to train for each event. To become a great throws coach it takes passion and the know how to develop athletes from the ground up, take good throwers and make them great, and to get your best throwers to blow through plateaus.
We decided to create a membership site that we would have wanted as a thrower or as a throws coach. Never has there been such a content boom, and with this a thirst for knowledge. This membership will give you the why behind the how. A mix of theory and plenty of practice.
